Fact: Actors Michael Crawford and Penelope Keith received top honours at Windsor Castle in England on Friday (07Mar14). The Phantom of the Opera star was appointed a Commander of the British Empire (Cbe) in recognition of his charitable efforts, while The Good Life star Keith, 73, was made a dame by Queen Elizabeth Ii, who announced the awards in her annual New Years honours list.

Fact: Singer/actor Michael Crawford will be heard and not seen onstage at the Theatre Royal Windsor in England this Christmas (12) after recording the voice of The Giant for pantomime Jack & the Beanstalk. The festive production also features Britt Ekland and Anita Harris.
