Michael J. Fox is surprised the look of the self-tying Nike sneakers he wore in the 1989 movie have influenced other sports shoe designs over the years. Nike bosses have since made the futuristic shoes a reality and have placed 89 pairs up for grabs as part of a raffle this month (Oct16) to raise money for the actor's eponymous charity foundation, which supports research for Parkinson's disease, a condition he was diagnosed with in 1992.
