Fact: A pair of Mick Jagger's trousers are expected to sell at auction for more than $10,000 (£8,000). The green velvet custom-made trousers were bought by the Rolling Stones frontman and later shared with his bandmate Keith Richards, before being gifted to U.S. musician Gram Parsons. Bids can be placed online at RR Auction until 16 February (17).

Fact: Mick Jagger, 73, and his ballet dancer girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, 29, have named their newborn son Deveraux Octavian Basil Jagger. The unusual moniker was revealed by Deveraux's elder sister Lizzie Jagger, 32, in a post on Instagram on Friday (16Dec16).

It is Jagger's second Brown project - he also helped to bring his life story to the big screen with the summer (14) release of biopic Get On Up, which featured Chadwick Boseman as the Godfather of Soul.
