Miley Cyrus has needed a lot of help and support from hip-hop Mike Will (a.k.a. Michael Williams) in order to create her album Bangerz.

Miley Cyrus has been working closely with Hip-Hop producer Mike Wills.

Will is lending an experienced hand to Cyrus' yearning for a change of image. The Atlanta born producer has previously worked with Rihanna, Kanye West and Ciara. He also previously worked with Cyrus on 'We Can't Stop'.

'We Can't Stop' certainly has influenced the young singer in terms of a change of image. It was the song she performed at the MTV VMAs in August, where she thoroughly demonstrated she was no longer the wholesome Hannah Montana. It seems Cyrus also had an - unknowing- helping hand from Rihanna as 'We Can't Stop' was intended for the hip-hop star. Apparently, as Will said, Cyrus loved the song as it "reminded her of different parties she had been to."

They have collaborated on each other's albums. Cyrus has featured on his track 'Made It' whilst Will has created eight of the thirteen tracks of Bangerz, due out today (8th October). It also seems the inspiration for Cyrus' album name results from their unlikely collaboration.

Will has been recognised by many of his peers as revolutionary for working with such artists as Cyrus, who began in country and western music. He is also noted for his want to perform, not merely be a producer behind the scenes. He is also optimistic, as USA Today reports, that he will be making "game changing records" and be able to "work with all these different kinds of artists and still be able to come up with huge records."
