Milla Jovovich is among the names attached to new 3-D project 'The Three Musketeers'.

Milla will star as Milady de Winter - described as a "17th century Bond girl" - in the film which is being directed by her husband Paul W. S. Anderson.

Logan Lerman, Luke Evans, Matthew Macfayden and Ray Stevenson are in negotiations for the film, while Orlando Bloom has been offered the role of the Musketeers' enemy the Duke of Buckingham.

Oscar winner Christoph Waltz is rumoured to be playing a role as fellow baddie Cardinal Richelieu.

The project is due to begin filming in September, and Anderson - who wrote The Script with Andrew Davies - is believed to be working on a contemporary look to the film while maintaining a French period setting.

Logan would play lead character d'Artagnan in the movie - a young man who becomes a member of the French royal family's fighting force.

Milla has starred in a number of cult classics including 'The Fifth Element', two 'Resident Evil' films and comedy movie 'Zoolander'.

No release date has yet been confirmed for 'The Three Musketeers'.
