The fun-loving Brits dressed up like 1980s pop stars for the VH1 Behind The Music sketch, which documented Kimmel's rise and fall as the band's chief songwriter.

As Marky Marcus, Winston, T.D. and Benjy, the quartet performed tracks like O.M.G.U.H.O.T. and Package 4-U, but the pre-Mumford & Sons act split with Kimmel, who was known as Mum because he wasn't allowed to sing, following a falling out over musical differences.

Moments after the split, Winston found a banjo and Mumford & Sons were born.
