Review of Smokescreen/Up on Air Single by McAlister

McAlister are from the West Midlands and have spent the last couple of years as Birmingham’s best kept secret. Relentless gigging in the area has started to pay – off as the band’s performance and latest set of songs have attracted a strong following in the area.

The band are formed around the singer and main song-writer, Danny Mcalister. The guy has a voice that only comes around once in every decade - part Paul Rogers / part Bono but 150% Danny. This is one rock vocalist born to deliver the goods on a stage.

The band will be drip-feeding tracks from their forthcoming mini-album ‘Moonscape Sessions’ via digital releases over the next six months.

The first download only release by Universal Digital will be ‘Smokescreen/Up on Air this is out 1 st August across all legal download sites.

These tracks will give everyone a taster of what’s to come from this emerging and brilliant new rock act.
