Windmill Tokyo Moon Single

Apparently, Matthew Dillon's (aka Windmill) latest single came about by accident when fooling around on the piano and reading problem pages from a friend's magazine.

'Tokyo Moon' sees Dillon's American & hugely childlike vocals fused with a driving piano line, rampant drums & subtle choir-like backing vocals to result in a indie anthem high up on the epic scale. The sweetly melodic b-side 'Shutters' is on a similar tip: with piano, violin and a massively catchy (yet repetitive) chorus.

There is no doubt that Windmill is an acquired taste, but if you can warm to the hugely characteristic vocals you just might fall in love.
