A performance of Photograph 51 on Friday night (02Oct15) was halted after Will, grandson of late actor/director Richard Attenborough, was taken ill.

He reportedly collapsed onstage and an ambulance was called to the Noel Coward Theatre.

The play continued with his understudy Patrick Walshe MCBride in Will's place.

No further details have been given about Will's condition, but the play's director Michael Grandage has now revealed the actor is recovering well.

In response to a series of tweets from concerned fans, Michael replied, "Will is on the mend."

Nicole has opened up about her portrayal of scientist Rosalind Franklin, one of the pioneers of DNA research.

"I'm over here (in London) on this play and I'm terrified - terrified and exhilarated because I've got to make this incredibly acerbic, prickly woman real and vulnerable," she tells Interview Magazine.

"You've got to feel her motivation. You've got to understand her. I've got to make that work. And there's no interval. It's a 95-minute play. And I haven't done that for 17 years. It's a whole different ballgame."
