The vagrant spent ''three or four days'' on Anderson's estate when the Barb Wire star's teenage sons were babies in 2001 - and Anderson has never fully recovered from the invasion of privacy.

She tells Flaunt magazine, ''A homeless person went into my home and was living in my guest house with my Baywatch bathing suit on, slicing her wrists. She had a letter that said: 'I'm not a lesbian, I just want to touch you'.

"She got my bathing suit out of my room; I was there alone with two babies and I remember seeing a face in a window - isn't it the scariest thing you can think of...? I called security who couldn't find her, and then she was in my house. Things kept going missing: 'Where's that loaf of bread? Where's my jean jacket...?'"

Police officers were called to the property and they arrested the woman, who was still wearing the Baywatch swimsuit.

Anderson recalls, "When the police officer arrested her, they asked me if I wanted it back, and I said 'No, no you can keep it'."

As a result, the actress now keeps her one remaining bathing suit from Baywatch under lock and key: "It's in my safe."

Christine Evelyn Roth was charged with a misdemeanour trespassing charge of unauthorised entry of a dwelling after she was found sleeping in one of the actress' beds. She was deported to her native France.
