Fact: British music mogul Pete Waterman is set to follow in SIR Andrew Lloyd Webber's footsteps, by writing a song for the U.K.'s entry into the Eurovision Song Contest in May (10). Webber's My Time, which was performed by new Sugababes singer Jade Ewen, came fifth in the annual event in Moscow, Russia last year (09).
