Mark Hatten, a former boyfriend of Anna-Nicole Smith, has admitted in letters to the deceased Playboy model's mother that he fears a sex tape the pair made has been "lost or stolen".

The former model's ex-boyfriend wrote in letters to Virgie Arthur, Anna-Nicole's estranged mother, that he feared the tape, which allegedly features "expicit material", was taken in a raid on the deceased celebrity's home in the Bahamas.

Hatten is currently serving a jail sentence for making threats against the former Playboy playmate and beating up her neighbour. He claims in other letters to Anna-Nicole's mother that he could be the father of her baby daughter Dannielynn.

Correspondence between the two began when Virgie Arthur asked Hatten to share memories of his time with Anna-Nicole.

In his latest letter, obtained by TMZ.com, Hatten says the tape "must be destroyed", adding that Anna-Nicole was "against [hardcore] pornography", despite featuring in three softcore Playboy videos in her time.

Her most recent partner, Howard K Stern, confirmed that several items had been taken in the Bahamas raid, including some "of a personal nature".
