After years of deep studio dedication, honing her skills in the dark art of production, Lora entered the underground consciousness with a serious bang in spring 2013. Now the couture wearing, turntable queen DJ Lora presents her latest EP 'Slow', available worldwide from September 10th 2013.

Lora's earned her stripes the hard way, dedicating her life to all aspects of music as she works her way up; winning Corona Movida's renowned annual DJ competition, swatting off the competition right the way to the Ministry Of Sound grand finale, she scored warm-up work in every bar and backroom London has to offer. Now she has established herself as the go-to-DJ for celebrities across the globe. Whether it is for Simon Le Bon's 50th birthday, specials requests from Princes William or Harry or following Rolling Stone's acoustic show there is no doubting Lora's ability to fill a dance floor.

"One of the best parties was for Paul McCartney - he spoke to me about my music and pointed me in the direction of secret Beatles songs on YouTube I should mix in, he was amazing! And then there was Mickey Rourke, dancing all night while I played, and Prince Harry loving some of the house tracks I played."

'Slow' is guaranteed to set the dance floor ablaze.  A combination of deep and tech house, it is packed with heavy base lines get your heart pounding and layers to get your body moving. New duo Sick Elektrik take us into the deep side of the pool with their rendition, leaving no doubt that this remix is going to be absolutely MASSIVE among the deep house elite.

Lora has this to say about the track:
"Its all in the name... Something slow, deep and sexy,  I walked into the studio that day with the resonating sound of a train. So groovy you just cant help but move a part of your body to the beat!"

Bonus track, Gypsy Woman, uses a classic sample that only DJ Lora could do this level of justice. With a bouncy bass line and perfectly positioned vocal samples used in all the right places we can see this one being played by all of the major players. It has underground anthem written all over it.

You can catch DJ Lora at her usual residencies throughout the summer which include Mortons, Lou Lou's, Homehouse, The Wellington and The Arts Club. When the summer draws to a close she heads to Abu Dhabi for Formula 1 and a sneaky gig in the British Virgin Islands!
