Liv is a 20-year old singer, songwriter and producer from London.
Born to an English-South American family, Liv grew up listening to contemporary American r&b and soul, encompassing artists like Destinys Child, Charlie Wilson, Erykah Badu, Musiq Soulchild and Bobby Valentino. When she got into her own music making in her teens, she fused the forward thinking pop structures and inventive melodic approach of these influences with the wide-ranging electronic sounds that surrounded her in her native London.
'Come A Little Closer' is her first track to emerge, and far as introductions go, it's a resoundingly impressive offering. To a backdrop of futuristic bass throb and progressive trip hop, Liv weaves a mesmerizing serpentine flow, showcasing her as talent equally as vocalist and songwriter as well as an inventive producer with a powerful and unique sound.
