Pure Bathing Culture's Debut Album 'Moon Tides' Released 19th August 2013

As we near the release of Pure Bathing Culture's debut album Moon Tides, it's just been made available to stream in full on Pitchfork Advance. The LP will be issued next week (19th August) on Memphis Industries.

Also, WOMAN'S HOUR have reworked PBC's single 'Pendulum' with a very fine edit. Dummy, who premiered the edit, said Woman's Hour gave given the song a 'mechanical momentum'.

In a short time, Pure Bathing Culture have created a sound that is undeniably their own: soaring synths, chiming keyboards, and shimmering electric guitars move in lockstep with bouncing drum machines. Sarah's crystalline voice floats on top of it all with divine purpose.  It's a nostalgic sound that looks back momentarily for inspiration -- Talk Talk, Prefab Sprout, Cocteau Twins, Durritti Column  -- but then fixes its gaze firmly on the present.

They're set to play their first ever show on European soil at The Waiting Room in London on 25th September.
