Legendary rockers Queen are reportedly being lined up to headline Glastonbury Festival in 2015, with organisers keen to bring the 'I Want To Break Free' hitmakers to Worthy Farm for the first time.
Queen are in line to headline Glastonbury Festival.
The legendary rock band - which sees newest frontman Adam Lambert joined by founding members Brian May and Roger Taylor - is wanted by the event organisers, and could make their first-ever appearance in 2015.
An insider told the Daily Star newspaper: ''Glastonbury is just one of the possible destination. The band would love to have a go.''
The 'We Are the Champions' hitmakers have never played at the iconic Worthy Farm festival, but it could happen next year following their recently-announced UK arena tour in January as part of a longer trip round Europe.
Meanwhile, frontman Adam - who first performed with the group in 2008 - has revealed he has total control over his style, and isn't forced to emulate the late Freddie Mercury with his on-stage outfits.
He told The Sun newspaper: ''Brian May said Freddie would get a big kick out of me, and as a huge fan of Freddie, that meant the world to me.
''But styling-wise it's all up to me and I like to have a bit of fun with that.''
