The Kaiser Chiefs frontman, who hails from Leeds, England, has signed up as the face of the Leeds United Foundation.

Bosses of the organisation aim to help residents from across the region and run a number of schemes for those with disabilities, soccer courses for needy youngsters, as well as education and health initiatives.

Wilson says of his new role, "Supporting the Foundation's work with the disabled, those with dementia, the unemployed, underprivileged children and the elderly is something I am incredibly proud to do. It's vital that we listen to and help our communities wherever we can and we will do as much as we can to help the Leeds United Foundation."
