“I think it's time for another shot”.
Despite being up for eight awards at last night’s Grammys, Rihanna sadly left the ceremony empty handed.
But the ‘Work’ singer ended up being the real winner of the night, thanks to her hilarious antics, which included swigging from a hip flask.

Eagle-eyed viewers spotted Rihanna in the audience openly taking shots from her jewel encrusted hip flask throughout the ceremony. At one point she was even spotted telling a friend: “I think it's time for another shot”.

The 28-year-old was obviously planning to have a good time at the three hour long ceremony, even though she ended up losing in all eight categories she was nominated in.
Her collaboration with Drake, ‘Work’ lost out in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category to 21 Pilots with ‘Stressed Out’.

She also lost in the Best Urban Contemporary Album category to Beyonce, and her reaction to losing was another of the internet’s favourite moments of the night.
As Beyonce took to the stage to accept the award, Rihanna was seen reapplying her lipgloss, perhaps throwing some subtle shade. As one viewer put it on Twitter: “Rihanna has the best reaction to losing a Grammy to Beyonce.”

During one of the night’s performances Rihanna was also spotted Facetiming a friend while dancing in the audience.
Some on Twitter believe that pal was none other than Drake, who had to skip the ceremony because he is currently on the European leg of his world tour.
