The Down with the Trumpets hitmakers re-recorded the lyrics to the 1991 song by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince and recreated the famous video scene-by-scene with Smith's musical partner Jeff.

Rizzle Kicks say in a statement to WENN, "We were so excited to meet Jeff! He was the coolest dude and a pleasure to work with. I think Jeff and Will speak regularly so we reckon Will will hear the track soon. Fingers crossed he likes it!

"We love the original so much and we were conscious about trying to do it justice and we feel we have. We tried to replicate the energy they had in their recording and original music video."

The project has been produced in association with online retailer Very.co.uk, which is offering 10,000 free downloads of the track on the company's website.
