Ryan Reynolds Gives A Glimpse Of Blake Lively Looking Her Worst

Ryan Reynolds Blake Lively

Husbands are great, generally. But when they post pictures of you on social media looking your absolute worst, it's enough to make you think about divorce. Indeed, funny man Ryan Reynolds did just to his spouse Blake Lively, though we suspect she found it hilarious.

It's true that 30-year-old Blake normally looks absolutely flawless in public, her red carpet looks being some of the most stunning in Hollywood. But hubby Ryan decided to debunk this idea that she is permamently glamorous by posting the most unflattering shot of her he could find.

Ryan Reynolds Wants "Expensive" 'Deadpool' And 'Avengers' Crossover Movie

Ryan Reynolds

With the Marvel Cinematic Universe's 'Thor: Ragnarok' on the horizon and the sequel to the critically-acclaimed, R-rated 2016 release 'Deadpool' in the works, talk is of course turning towards whether or not the heroes from each could one day find each other in a collaborative film.

It's something that's been discussed a lot in the past, but usually, many wonder whether Deadpool will ever meet the members of the X-Men. Now that Marvel and Sony Pictures Entertainment have worked together on 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' however, it looks a lot more likely now than it ever has done before.

The Hitman's Bodyguard Review

Very Good

It really doesn't matter that this movie is utterly ridiculous, because the central pairing of Ryan Reynolds with Samuel L. Jackson is so entertaining that we never want it to end. Director Patrick Hughes (The Expendables 3) keeps the action so insanely energetic that we're not quite sure where to look. But at the centre of the mayhem Reynolds and Jackson are having so much fun that we can't wipe the smiles off our faces.

Reynolds plays London-based security expert Michael, whose high-flying career was derailed two years ago and stubbornly refuses to get back on track. Then his Interpol agent ex-girlfriend Amelia (Elodie Yung) offers him a job escorting the ruthless assassin Darius (Jackson) from his British prison cell to The Hague, where he's needed to testify against murderous Belarusian warlord Dukhovich (Gary Oldman) in a war crimes trial. So far, Dukhovich's militia has made sure no witnesses have made it to the courtroom, so Michael has his work cut out for him. Meanwhile, Darius is trying to get in touch with his wife Sonia (Salma Hayek), who is in prison in Amsterdam and lovingly calls him an unkillable cockroach.

All of this unfolds at a breakneck pace, with a flurry of hyper-violent shootouts, chases and fistfights. Cars fly in every direction as passers-by run for cover, bullets fly in every direction, and pretty much everything on-screen explodes into a huge ball of flames. It's so cartoonish that it's impossible to take even remotely seriously. So we just laugh along with Ryan and Jackson, as they bicker and fight, then bond over flashbacks into their amusingly messy love lives. Both are swaggering alpha-males who don't take instructions from anyone, so their interaction is feisty and funny. The supporting cast of glowering villains and secretive agents barely gets a chance to register, although Hayek nearly walks off with the movie in a riotously scene-stealing turn that leaves us wanting her to get a film of her own.

Zazie Beetz Pays Tribute To Her 'Deadpool 2' Stunt Double After Set Fatality

Ryan Reynolds

Deadpool 2 star Zazie Beetz has taken to social media to pay tribute to her stunt double who tragically died on the set of the film earlier this week when a stunt sequence went horribly wrong.

Professional racing driver Joi ‘SJ’ Harris was killed on Monday (August 14th) when the motorcycle that she was driving went out of control and crashed on the West Waterfront Road near in the Jack Poole Plaza. Filming was postponed as a mark of respect for the rest of Monday and Tuesday, with production resuming tentatively on Wednesday.

On Thursday (August 17th), Beetz, who plays Domino in the Marvel blockbuster and whose announcement was made back in December, shared a handwritten note on Instagram that began: “On Monday we tragically lost one of our own - Joi 'SJ' Harris. My heart has been breaking the last two days and I have been searching what to say or do.”

Ryan Reynolds Expresses His Shock Over 'Deadpool 2' Stunt Performer Death

The female rider was doing some kind of jump on a Ducati motorcycle in Vancouver yesterday (August 14th 2017) as part of a stunt routine during the filming of Marvel's 'Deadpool 2'. The Hitmans Bodyguard Trailer

An AAA-rated executive protection agent (Ryan Reynolds) is charged with protecting the most wanted hitman (Samuel L. Jackson) in the world. That might seem like a crazy concept - I mean, why would an assassin need a bodyguard? - but as it turns out, he's quite the liability. He's impulsive, volatile and damn rude, and very likely to get them both killed. Unfortunately, there's nothing this protection agent can do about his new client; he has to work with him and they must put aside their differences if they want to defeat a ruthless Eastern European dictator (Gary Oldman) and testify at the International Court of Justice. It's a 24 hour rollercoaster ride for these completely contrasting personalities, complete with death defying car chases and reckless escape stunts.

Jake Gyllenhaal And Ryan Reynolds Have Formed A Bromance

Jake Gyllenhaal Ryan Reynolds

The film reunites Reynolds with Deadpool screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. And Gyllenhaal says that the script left him "legitimately terrified". But both actors say they were drawn to the project because it was just a big, fun movie. "It felt like blasphemy that we were having such a good time," Gyllenhaal laughs. "It literally felt wrong that you could have so much fun making a movie that is as terrifying as it is."

On the press tour, they have been putting on a riotously entertaining display of their new bromance. "I love this person as an artist," Reynolds says of Gyllenhaal. "Like, I truly am genuinely a biggest fan. So it's like one of those milestones. You go, 'Oh, I get to work with someone I admire. Someone who does things that I wish I could do.'"

Blake Lively Reveals Daughter James' Naughty First Words

Blake Lively Ryan Reynolds

Blake Lively has revealed that her daughter has already got a bit of a potty mouth, despite being only one-and-a-half years old. Appearing on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, Lively explained how little James has a NSFW way of pronouncing certain words, which can lead to some embarrassing situations.

Blake LivelyBlake Lively’s daughter had some interesting first words.

"She says 'shump' for 'jump,' 'shtand' for 'stand,' and if she wants to sit down, it's ’s**-t,’" Lively explained. "She said, 'Hey, come s**t with me!' She's like, 'Yay, s**t!’” But I'll take that any day over like, when we go to the park and we take off our socks, for some reason she doesn't have her 'sh' for 'socks,' she has a 'c' for ‘socks.”

Ryan Reynolds Goes From Deadpool To Just Dead In 'Criminal'

Ryan Reynolds Kevin Costner

Ryan Reynolds goes from Deadpool to Dead Operative in his new crime thriller 'Criminal', starring Kevin Costner. While he's not the subject of the medical experiment this time (and doesn't survive into much of the movie), he plays a CIA agent whose mind is lost in the head of a psychotic killer.

Kevin Costner and Gal GadotKevin Costner and Gal Gadot star in Criminal

Jericho Stewart (Kevin Costner) is one of the most dangerous criminals America has ever seen, with an absolute lack of empathy and no regards for the consequences of his actions. In other words, he is the definition of a psychopath. Thus, that makes him the perfect candidate for a secret government operation - literally. He is forced to take part in one neuroscientist's (Tommy Lee Jones) experiment to transplant the mind of a respected CIA agent (Ryan Reynolds) who is now deceased into his own mind, in a bid to uncover vital information from the agent Bill Pope's incomplete mission.

Mississippi Grind Review

Good

As the story snakes south through the United States along the Mississippi River, this movie builds up a bleak, mopey vibe that's difficult to engage with. It's the story of two gambling addicts who think that the answer to all of their problems lies just around the next bend in the river, and it's sharply well written and directed, with astute performances from the lead actors. But it's also relentlessly grim and unsympathetic.

They start their journey in Iowa, where estate agent Gerry (Ben Mendelsohn) is at the end of his rope when he meets cocky gambler Curtis (Ryan Reynolds). There's a spark of recognition between them, as Gerry sees Curtis as himself 10 years younger, thinking maybe he can kickstart his life again. So they hit the road together, heading for a high-stakes poker game in New Orleans. Along the way, they stop to visit Curtis' favourite prostitute (Sienna Miller) in St. Louis and Gerry's bitter ex-wife (Robin Weigert) in Little Rock. And in between, they visit Memphis to win some extra cash. But by the time they reach New Orleans, things are starting to look desperate again.
