First time father Ryan Reynolds has been talking about how surprised he is that he and his wife Blake Lively have been dealing with parenthood without the help of a nanny. In a new interview with GQ magazine, the Self/Less star has spoken about his “weirdly endless supply of patience” at night-time baby duties.

It’s been nine months since he and his wife welcomed their daughter James into the world, but the gruelling regime of night-time feedings hasn’t gotten the better of him yet. “I have no problem waking up five times in the middle of the night and changing diapers, and as exhausted as you get, I have this stupid grin on my face all the time,” he said.

As a new father, Ryan Reynolds has been re-evaluating his career even as he continues to make movies at a rather brisk pace. He has three films out this year and two more in the can. His latest release is Tarsem Singh's Self/Less, a thriller with a sci-fi twist that involves Ben Kingsley's character implanting his consciousness into Reynolds' younger, fitter body.

Actress and singer Leighton Meester has announced that she’s expecting her first baby with husband Adam Brody.

The 29 year old former ‘Gossip Girl’ star was spotted out and about in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon with her actor husband Brody (35) and displaying a prominent baby bump. Entertainment website Popsugar was the first to get the pictures, and E! News has confirmed it.

In her new film 'The Age of Adaline', Blake Lively plays a woman who stops ageing at age 29, watching her daughter grow up into her 80s. She made the film while she was pregnant with her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds, and their daughter James was born in December.

Ryan Reynolds was the victim of a hit-and-run attack in Vancouver on Friday. The 38-year-old's publicist told E! news that the actor was struck by a paparazzi car driving through an underground parking garage.

Morena Baccarin will star opposite Ryan Reynolds in the upcoming superhero movie Deadpool. Gina Carano has joined the cast of Fox-Marvel’s upcoming Deadpool, which stars Ryan Reynolds as the masked superhero. Variety reports the former MMA competitor will play the role of Angel Dust in the film, who is a member of the 'Morlocks' mutant group.

Congratulations to Scarlett Johansson, who has apparently managed to sneak this one past all the gossip mags and is… pregnant. Not just that, according to TMZ, the Avengers actress is pretty far along – five months, if the report is correct. The Avengers actress doesn't seem keen on taking a break, however. Johansson is currently filming Avengers: Age of Ultron and has another Marvel project - the just announced Black Widow - lined up after that.

Often referred to as a journalist, Dauriac is also the owner of an independent ad agency – apparently those creative types tend to find each other. The couple’s engagement back in September 2013 became a highly public affair. However, as of yet, no wedding plans have been announced. Johansson has previously dated Ryan Reynolds.

Dennis Rodman topped one of the least desirable end of year lists going, as GQ placed the North Korea-infatuated former NBA star at the top of their annual 'Least Influential People' list. Rodman took home the dubious honour, which was awarded to Mitt Romney last year, beating politicians, pop stars, actors and actresses to the top spot thanks to his strange connection with North Korea and its dictator Kim Jong Un.

Described as a "Q-list celebrity willing to commit borderline treason just to hang out with a dictator who himself aspires to be a Q-list celebrity," by QG (reprinted by the Associated Press), Rodman won't be letter his minute influence get in the way of continuing his self-imposed peace mission in the dictatorship as he continues to travel back and forth to the Asian nation. Rodman revealed this week that he intends on going back to North Korea for the umpteenth time next month, this time going for an exhibition basketball tour.

Disgraced celebrity chef Paula Deen took the number two spot, with her racial slurs and subsequent court case with a former employee seeing her once glittering cooking empire crumble around her. The racist restauranteur was followed closely by former U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner, whose sexting exploits returned to the news for a second time whilst he was running for the New York mayorship in July. GQ described the horny Democrat as " the saddest lecher in American politics, and that's saying something, because they're all lechers."
