Sacha Baron Cohen returns to the big screen as producer, writer and star of forthcoming comedy 'Grimsby', featuring a string of both British and American stars. If you were looking for a spy movie a little different from James Bond, you've got all you could want right here.

Sacha Baron Cohen and Rebel Wilson in GrimsbySacha Baron Cohen brings his brand of cringeworthy humour to Grimsby

We really haven't seen very much of Cohen recently; his last major appearance was 2012's 'The Dictator', while follow up roles have included cameos in 'Les Misérables', 'Eastbound & Down' and 'Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues'. But he's certainly back in all his comedy glory with this new film, officially titled in the US as 'The Brothers Grimsby'.

He's made it a family affair, with his older brother Erran Baron Cohen once again collaborating with him on the soundtrack, and wife Isla Fisher will also be starring in the film as Margaret. Meanwhile, his onscreen brother Agent Sebastian Grimsby (played by Mark Strong) is a highly skilled, hardcore government spy with a day-to-day job more action-packed than your average video game. But Sacha's character Norman (known to his friends as Nobby) hasn't taken his own life that far. He's a football hooligan living in Grimsby in the North of England, with little to interest him apart from his girlfriend Lindsey (Rebel Wilson, doing her best Grimsby accent) and showing his love for soccer. That is until he is forced to team up with his Sebastien, with whom he has been estranged for some time, on a special black ops mission to save the world as they know it from mortal peril.

Directed by Louis Leterrier ('Now You See Me', 'The Transporter'), the story has been written by Oscar nominated comedian Cohen alongside Phil Johnston ('Wreck-It Ralph') and Peter Baynham ('Arthur', 'Hotel Transylvania'). It has also been co-produced by Nira Park ('Shaun of the Dead', 'Sightseers'). Any Sacha Baron Cohen movie is an exciting prospect, given that he has been known for his ever innovative comedic characters over the years from Ali G to Borat.

Joining him is a stellar ensemble cast, featuring the likes of US stars Penélope Cruz and Gabourey Sidibe, and British actors such as Annabelle Wallis, Scott Adkins, Tamsin Egerton and, bizarrely, Johnny Vegas.

'Grimsby' is scheduled to hit UK cinemas on March 4th 2016.
