In perhaps one of the most beautiful celebrity weddings of the year, 'Orange Is The New Black' stars Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli have tied the knot over the weekend in a sunsoaked ceremony that saw them both looking absolutely stunning in white ensembles.

The couple wed on Saturday (March 25th 2017) in Palm Springs and an exclusive shot of their outfits was unveiled by Martha Stewart Weddings, who also revealed a few key details about the big day. Samira was a picture in a plain white, off the shoulder, A-line gown, while Lauren opted for a white jumpsuit with a cape and elaborate sparkles on the chest - both designed by Christian Siriano.

The day was designed by Beth Helmstetter Events and took place in an outdoor ceremony in the same location where they got engaged. It was apparently 'confetti-themed' because of how much they love Funfetti cake, and presided over by Samira's parents Christine and Dennis W. Wiley who are pastors of the Covenant Baptist United Church of Christ in Washington D.C.. That same church was the only one performing same-sex marriages ten years ago.

It was a colourful day with 'floral-and-citrus centerpieces', mismatched glasses and loads of confetti; plus, they walked up the aisle to Montell Jordan's 'This Is How We Do It' and arrived at the reception to Justin Bieber's 'Baby'. It seems that most of the ideas came from Lauren rather than Samira, however.

'I just sort of want to sit back and be like, yeah sure, whatever. Yeah, I don't care. Yeah yeah yeah', Samira previously told People of planning the nuptials.
