Actress Sara Gilbert is rumoured to be pregnant with her second child with lesbian lover ALLISON ADLER. The couple already have a three-year-old son, Levi, who Adler gave birth to. Gossip columnist Janet Charlton claims Gilbert has been spotted heavily pregnant, adding, "Sara and her girlfriend of five years, Allison Adler, are taking turns having babies."
