Scanners Announce 'Love Is Symmetry' Album Released 10th June 2013
'Love Is Symmetry' is the third album from London quintet Scanners and their best yet. Leading with the breezy single 'Mexico' at the end of the month, the album delivers the band's trademark brooding indie rock with a side helping of surging electro-pop, as evidenced on the track 'Control'.
Scanners have released two albums through US label Dim Mak Records (Bloc Party, Steve Aoki, Atari Teenage Riot) and their songs have soundtracked many a dramatic twist on TV shows such as Shameless, Gossip Girl and Entourage. They have also shared stages with Laura Marling, Devo, Air, The Horrors and Florence And The Machine, amongst many others.
