Fellow hip-hop stars Chuck D, Young Jeezy, Jay Electronica and Common were also among the thousands who joined Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan to demand racial equality as part of the Justice…Or Else! march.

The demonstrators, who flooded the National Mall, called for action to combat the increasing numbers of alleged police brutality incidents involving black youths across the U.S. and even chanted the lyrics to Kendrick Lamar song Alright.

The march, which was live-streamed on Combs' Revolt website, also featured a performance by Common, who shared a photo of himself onstage after the gig and captioned it, "Rocking DC for Million Man March 20yr (year) Anniversary".

Rapper The Game, who had previously met up with Farrakhan to discuss his involvement in the peaceful protest, was absent from the event as he was booked to perform in his native California on Saturday.
