A Floridian man, said to be a friend of rapper Sean Kingston, has been arrested and jailed for firing a gun during a savage altercation between rap trio Migos and Kingston in Las Vegas earlier this week, according to new reports.

Chris Brown And Karrueche Tran Reconcile, Yet Again

Chris Brown Karrueche Tran Sean Kingston

So is it on again or off again for Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran? Sources (aka pap shots published by TMZ) point to the latter, as the couple are pictured seemingly working out their issues at LA’s Playhouse night club on Christmas Eve. According to the report, the pair were at odds until they “chatted privately” on Tuesday night. Sorry, if that makes it sound creepy and/or weird. We’re pretty sure there’s nothing creepy and/or weird about this relationship. Nope. Not at all.

Together again? It seems like Chris and Karrueche are giving it another shot.

The details (unconfirmed, of course) kept pouring in. Apparently Breezy then asked Tran to go somewhere more private and discuss giving their relationship another shot. So did she take him back? Well, the saga allegedly continued on Thursday, when both of our protagonists attended Sean Kingston’s "Christmas with the Kingston's" party - together. Clearly, something happened between Chris Brown's "F--- that b----!" phase earlier this month and last night.

Rape Charges Dropped After Sean Kingston Settles With His Accuser For An Undisclosed Amount

Sean Kingston

Sean Kingston, who was accused of gang rape in 2010, has reportedly settled with his 22-year-old accuser. According to TMZ, the singer settled not as an admission of guilt, but because he did not want to balance his pending album release and tour with the trouble of a messy civil suit. While the exact amount of the settlement was not announced, sources close to Kingston told the website that it was just “a fraction of what [the alleged victim] asked.”

Kingston settled only to avoid going through the trouble of a trial, he says.

According to TMZ, Kingston has admitted to having sex with the young lady, who was 19 at the time of the events. However, according to one unnamed source, the woman did not have a solid enough case to win, even if the suit did go to court.

The MySpace Re-Launch: New School Chic Or A Disaster Waiting To Happen?

Justin Timberlake Pharrell Williams Arctic Monkeys Lily Allen Sean Kingston

Didn't MySpace die out long ago - like the dinosaurs - through means of natural selection and general lack of interest? That's what we thought, but just like Jurassic Park the past is being resurrected from the dead so it may roam the Earth once more and maybe, just maybe, survive longer than it did the first time round. However, the MySpace commercial seems to indicate that maybe, after's it's long hiatus, the website could be back for good as a host of of the biggest underground talents get together and celebrate the return of the site that brought us The Arctic Monkeys, Lily Allen, Sean Kingston and more in the past.

The $20 million ad-campaign from the newly-launched site features Pharrell Williams, Mac Miller, ScHoolBoy Q, Riff Raff, DIIV, Ciara, Trash Talk, Sky Ferreira and more as the site hopes to re-capture the success of the early 2000's. After such a momentous fall, how are Tom and co. going to make sure they don't suffer the same fate again? Well, gone is the emphasis on social-interaction and instead the main focus is on the musical side of things, with the site looking to work with FaceBook and Twitter rather than against it so that fans can keep up to date with their favourite musicians with little emphasis on introducing friends to the site or having to interact with other people on a large scale. So in other words, it's a lot like SoundCloud or Bandcamp, only with a shiny new advert and Justin Timberlake sitting on the board of directors for the company. It might still work, but frankly we're not going to hold our breaths and see if it becomes a success again.

Video - General Views Of The Bridge Where Sean Kingston Crashed His Jet-ski And The Jackson Memorial Center Where He Was Admitted To The Trauma Unit Before Being Transferred To The ICU

Sean Kingston, the American R&B star best known for his hit track 'Beautiful Girls', crashed his jet-ski into a Miami Beach bridge on Sunday (29th May 2011). Sean Kingston and his female passenger were riding the watercraft at around 6.p.m when the collision occurred at the Palm Island Bridge. Kingston was admitted to the nearby Ryder Trauma Centre, where the singer was thought to be in critical condition. He was later moved to the hospital's intensive care unit after being described as "stable". Although authorities are yet to comment on the reason for the crash, they played down talk that alcohol could have been involved. The singer, who sold over 1 million copies of his self-titled debut album in 2007, collided with the small bridge that connects Miami's Palm Island and the MacArthur Causeway. Kingston and his passenger were eventually rescued by an off duty Coast Guard who happened to be aboard a passing boat.
