Brazilian heavy rockers SEPULTURA thrilled fans at a French concert in Selestat last week (ends03Aug07) when they performed with Tibetan singer LOTEN NAMLING.
The group was playing at the Lez Arts Schenique festival when they invited the musical activist to join them onstage.
Namling sang "Tibetans are happier in Tibet. Chinese are Happier in China" over the thumping sound of Sepultura's classic Bullet The Blue Sky.
Sepultura star Andreas Kisser admits the festival moment was a special one, adding he was impressed by how Namling used the occasion to make a quick speech about the situation in Tibet and his discontent about the Chinese Government.
Kisser says, "It was very emotional."
