Simon Cowell has reportedly ‘confirmed’ that Sharon Osbourne will be joining the new ‘X-Factor’ judging panel. According to The Sun, Sharon will return to the show later this year, alongside fellow former judges Nicole Scherzinger and Louis Walsh.

It was such a cringeworthy moment that it was almost painful for everyone involved, but Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne were forced to put their game faces on and pretend all was well as they re-united briefly in a Hollywood press conference to announce Ozzfest Meets Knotfest yesterday (May 12th 2016).

Unfortunately, Sharon is still acting as husband Ozzy's manager despite their very recent break-up, so she deserves a huge amount of respect for bravely attending the latest press announcement despite knowing that questions would be raised about their future together as a couple. Needless to say, it was as awkward as you could have imagined it would be.

Former ‘X-Factor’ winner Sam Bailey has spoken of her joy to be free from Simon Cowell’s record label Syco, meaning she can now work more and arrange her own gigs. The 2013 winner of the talent show said that her TV mentor Sharon Osbourne had advised her to leave the label, so she would be able to take control of her career.

Sam Bailey has said she wasn’t happy on Simon Cowell’s record label.

“Sharon said, ‘The sooner you are out of the record deal the better because you’ll get to do what you want to,’” Bailey told The Mirror. “There were lots of work opportunities when I was with Syco but the label wouldn’t let me take them.”

Sharon Osbourne is taking a month long break from CBS’s ‘The Talk’ after she suffered a health scare last week. The 62 year old collapsed at her home in Los Angeles on May 15th and is said to be suffering from ‘mental and physical fatigue’.

Sharon has been with ‘The Talk’ since it debuted in 2010.

Osbourne collapsed after she had just returned home from a trip to New York and Toronto, her rep told People magazine. Adding that the TV star’s doctors believe she is suffering from “extreme exhaustion” and returned to work too quickly after she was hospitalised for pneumonia earlier this year.

Former ‘Fashion Police’ panelist Kelly Osbourne has finally opened up about her exit from the E! series during an appearance on CBS daytime show, ‘The Talk’. The 30 year old left the series last month, following the controversy surrounding co-host Giuliana Rancic’s remarks about singer Zendaya’s dreadlocked hair at the Oscars.

Kelly Osbourne has left E!'s Fashion Police following a racist remark made by her co-host, Giuliana Rancic. Rancic made a comment on Monday's Fashion Police Oscars special about Zendaya Coleman's hair. "Like I feel like she, she smells like patchouli oil. Or weed. Yeah, maybe weed," Rancic said of Coleman's dreadlocks. Although Rancic has apologised, Osbourne was allegedly furious with Rancic for her remark and has decided to leave Fashion Police as a result.

Since 1992, EJAF (Elton John AIDS Foundation) has raised over 321 million USD to help combat AIDS/HIV. One of the biggest events on EJAF's calendar is that of the Academy Awards Ceremony - for the last 23 years, Sir Elton John has hosted a special Academy Awards viewing party, in which celebrities from all areas of the entertainment industry come together to watch the Oscars, whilst raising money for the foundation. This year was no exception.

Of course, as with any Oscar party, members of the Hollywood elite were in attendance, like Alec and Hilaria Baldwin. But also, tremendous musical talent flocked to West Hollywood Park in Los Angeles. In addition to Sir Elton John, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne were there to pose for pictures, as were Miley Cyrus, LIL' KIM and Kylie Minogue. Moby and Beck also stopped by to help raise awareness for the fight against HIV/AIDS.

The 65 year-old rock star was tasked with introducing former Beatle Ringo Starr at the glitzy music event in Los Angeles. The Grammys organisers had made it simple for the Black Sabbath frontman: all he had to do was stand on stage with his bandmates and read from a teleprompter.

Reality television star Sharon Osbourne always knew that she would take her rocker husband Ozzy Osbourne back. Last April, the couple separated briefly when Ozzy began drinking and abusing prescription medication, Sharon admitted that she only made a stance in the first place to make a point and not appear to be "weak".

She explained her decision, saying: ''You put up this front because it's what you should do. You feel, 'This is what I should do. I can't be seen to be weak. I can't let somebody disrespect me this much so I have to come out with this.' The couple have three children together, Aimee, Kelly and Jack.

Kelly Osbourne shocked the world when she announced the end of her engagement to Matthew Mosshart on Wednesday (January 8), but it looks like it was the right thing for everyone. Never one to keep her feelings to herself, Kelly's mom Sharon Osbourne decided to comment on the end of the relationship.

Having won the talent show and scored the Christmas No. 1, the next task on Bailey's agenda is getting her debut album written and released, as the singer recently revealed that she is already set to hit the studio and start working on her first full-length.

Bailey's first LP will consist largely of cover versions of already-popular songs, which apparently infuriated her X Factor mentor Sharon Osbourne, but this is something that Sam isn't too bothered about. Rather than be bummed out by the lack of originality appearing on her album, Bailey instead said she was simply excited to be making music and happy that she gets to make an album in the first place, which is, refreshingly, the exact kind of outlook we'd have hoped from the everywoman.

Kelly Osbourne has refused to make amends with her long-time rival Lady GaGa, despite her birthday cake offering and patching up with Kelly's mother Sharon.

The 'Fashion Police' co-host told the 'Applause' singer to 'Eat My S***' on Twitter after Gaga presented 'The X Factor' judge Sharon Osbourne with a birthday cake for Kelly, who was 29 yesterday, following her appearance on the UK TV show. On the show, Gaga explained that she and Sharon had made up having met at the London club G-A-Y the previous night.

'Not to be ungrateful but why would you send me a birthday cake via my MOTHER in a country half the would (sic) away? #JustSendItToME #LoveNotWar', was Kelly O's response to Gaga's olive branch.

Lady GaGa stepped out on stage at the well-know G-A-Y nightclub in London on Saturday, 26 October, night to give a show stopping and truly memorable performance. It was memorable for two reasons really, the first one being that Gaga striped down to her birthday suit at the end of the performance, and the second being that it was the arena where her long-running feud with Sharon Osbourne finally came to an end.

The two outspoken stars kissed and made up following Gaga's explosive set at the nightclub venue, having unwittingly bumped into each other in the VIP area before hand. Osbourne was at the venue to support her recently axed X Factor contestant Shelley Smith, when unbeknownst to her, her arch nemesis Gaga showed up in the VIP area for an impromptu performance. According to Metro, the pair met up after Gaga's unannounced gig and "spent time together backstage."

X Factor judge Louis Walsh was all but set to exit the ITV talent contest when he announced this summer that the current series would be his last, saying "I need my life back" after his ten year stint on the reality show.

However, the 61 year-old Irish entertainment manager has now sheepishly revealed in an interview with TV host Jonathan Ross that he hasn't had his X Factor fill just yet. Walsh was asked about his comments this summer and whether he really was leaving the show. "Well, I said I was. But I'm having so much fun this year, I might stay," he said.
