Sharon Osbourne revealed some disturbing news for viewers of 'The Graham Norton Show' this past Friday (Nov 29th).

The X-Factor judge was very candid when the topic of plastic surgery was addressed and admitted to the host, Graham Norton, what the most painful procedure was.

"Having my vagina tightened," Osbourne admitted. "It was the worst, it was just excruciating."

The procedure, known as labiaplasty, was well worth it, according to Sharon, as she said, "My husband (Ozzy) thinks so. It's back the way God wanted it to be."

Fellow guest, Comedian Jo Brand, jokingly quipped "I did mine at home with a Singer sewing machine."

Irish actor, Colin Farrell, who was also on the show, appeared intrigued by Mrs Osbourne's revelation, so she playfully said to Colin, "I'll show you later."

It is no secret the 61 year-old has had quite a lot of cosmetic work done to her body and in her new autobiography, she said, "There's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether."

However, Sharon did confirm that going under the knife will never occur again because after finding out her 28-year-old son Jack had multiple sclerosis and taking into consideration her previous battle with colorectal cancer, she realised the dangers of cosmetic surgery.

"There are two main reasons. My family - and Ozzy especially - are terrified about me going under a general anaesthetic unless I absolutely have to. There's only so much the human body can take - and mine does not need any more stress placed on it in my endless pursuit of youth," she said.

Adding, "Second, my cancer, mastectomy and - more importantly - Jack's illness when he was recently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis put everything into perspective for me. When you witness your own or your child's body having to fight a genuine threat, CHOOSING to put it through the mill for the purposes of vanity seems beyond idiotic."
