Shia LaBeouf will not face charges of disorderly conduct if he manages to avoid arrest for the next six months. LaBeouf was in court in Manhattan on Friday (20th March) to face charges stemming from his arrest last year. The 28-year-old actor was arrested in New York City last June for disturbing a performance of Cabaret at the Studio 52 theatre. LaBeouf was ordered to undergo an alcohol rehabilitation course after pleading guilty to the charges against him in September. His attorney claims he has successfully completed the course, a factor which led to the judge's decision to drop charges if he 'stays out of trouble'.

LaBeouf showed up at court looking smart, wearing a suit and tie. He had, however, retained his rat tail and kept his piercings in. The proceedings went well and were over in less than an hour, according to reports in the Daily Mail

LaBeouf was arrested on 26th June 2014 during a performance of Cabaret. He was reportedly smoking during the show and bizarrely shouting out. "Shia was being lewd, grunting and yelling in a lascivious way, 'Oh yeaaaaaaaaaaah.' It was really odd and creepy," one audience member said shortly after LaBeouf's arrest.

LaBeouf has seemingly retired from engaging in bizarre antics. Some of his most notorious incidents, in addition to his Cabaret arrest, include appearing wearing a paper bag at the Berlin Film Festival in February 2014 and allegedly urinating on a restaurant wall in May of the same year.

LaBeouf recently appeared in the music video for Sia's 'Chandelier'. He stars in Man Down, the upcoming war thriller from director Dito Montiel.
