Shia LaBeouf has some seriously motivational words to share with you. The actor has gone from wearing a paper bag over his head to becoming the word’s scariest motivational speaker in new a video for his latest project #Introductions.

Shia LaBeoufShia has a message for you, “Just do it!!”

The 28-year-old made the video as part of the project, which is a collaboration with students at Central Saint Martins art school in London, as well as with British artist Luke Turner and Finnish artist Nastja Sade Ronkk.

Shia begins the video by angrily shouting, “Do it, just do it!” at the camera in front of a green screen. He then turns things up a notch by telling viewers, “Don’t let your dreams be dreams. Yesterday, you said tomorrow. So just do it!”

For those of you who still aren't feeling inspired Shia goes on to say, “Some people dream of success, while you’re going to wake up and work hard at it. Nothing is impossible… what are you waiting for.” The actor then finishes by offering these words of advice, “If you’re tired of starting over, stop giving up.’

The just over one minute video is one of 36 the actor has made introducing the work of St Martin’s students. In another clip he is seen reciting his favourite poem, 'The Laughing Heart' by Charles Bukowski and in a second video he stands in front of a moving projection of clouds.

The project is part of the Central Saint Martins fine art BA degree show and back in March students were invited to send a piece of text to introduce their work and fill the green screen with whatever background they wanted, according to Dazed magazine.

Of course this isn't the first time Shia has hit us with a thought provoking ‘art’ project. Last year the actor worked with Turner and Rönkkö on his live installation, #IAMSORRY. The project involved Shia sitting in a Los Angeles gallery wearing a paper bag with “I AM NOT FAMOUS ANYMORE” written on it over his head, with members of the public queuing up to observe him.
