You may have known him as the keyboardist for Mercury-winning noughties indie ravers, Klaxons, but ten years on, James Righton is forging a bold new identity as Shock Machine.
The self-titled debut album is due for release on August 25th. It was produced by James Ford, long-standing friend of Righton and the producer of the forthcoming Declan McKenna debut release. A number of the tracks, such as this one, were previewed in their stellar support sets for the Lemon Twigs on their spring tour.
The video for "Unlimited Love" sees Righton in an array of snazzy, sharp suits, as is his penchant, and throwing many a signature energetic shape to the song's infectious beat in the process.
