Rockers Status Quo have been named the hardest working band in the U.K. - for the second year in a row.
The Rockin' All Over The World hitmakers played live for more than 250,000 fans at 27 venues during 2009, according to the Performing Rights Society.
Fifties favourites Cliff Richard and the Shadows are second in the list for their reunion farewell tour, and boyband Take That are in third. Coldplay and Kings of Leon are in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
The Performing Rights Society chairman Ellis Rich says, "Being an ardent supporter of live music, whether it is in the smallest pub or the largest arena, I'm delighted to see Status Quo, giants of live performance, topping this chart for the second year running."
