Disgraced actor Stephen Collins and his estranged wife Faye Grant have reached a divorce settlement.

The couple agreed on the terms of their split earlier this week (beg19Jan15) - they will divide the money they get for selling their California homes but there will be no spousal support for either of them.

Grant filed for divorce in 2012 after 27 years of marriage, but they have taken a while to agree on a settlement as Collins previously requested she be denied future funds because he has been left with little income following his child molestation scandal, which began in October (14), when audio footage, in which he confesses to inappropriately touching young girls, surfaced online.

The footage was secretly recorded by Grant during a therapy session, but she denies leaking the tapes.

Collins later admitted to having inappropriate sexual contact with three female minors between 1973 and 1994.

The settlement papers state that copies of the tape must be destroyed and the original will be handed over to an independent lawyer.
