Fact: Celebrated composer Stephen Sondheim is set to be honoured for his services to literature by the literary and human rights organisation PEN America. Meryl Streep, who starred in the 2014 film adaptation of Sondheim's Into the Woods musical, will present him with the PEN/Allen Foundation Literary Service Award during the group's annual gala on 25 April (17) at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.
