Lady GaGa's album 'Joanne' was inspired by ''all the men'' in her life.

The 30-year-old musician -who called time on her relationship with fiancé and actor Taylor Kinney in July this year after five years of dating - has admitted her LP was inspired by her split from 'The Other Woman' star as well as her father.

Speaking to The Mirror Online about her latest music venture, the 'Bad romance' hitmaker said: ''When you listen to the album, it's clear the influence that all the men in my life have made on this record. That's at the middle of it, as well: I always wanted to be a good girl. And Joanne was such a good girl.

Lady GaGa has opened up about the pressures she endured when her career suddenly took off, saying she felt “traumatised” by fame. The singer has just returned with new single ‘Perfect Illusion’ and admits that while she hasn't calmed down much, at 30 she’s now taking better care of herself.

Lady GaGa has called out the music industry as a "a boys club,” during her acceptance speech at Billboard's Women in Music event. Gaga was collecting the award for 'Woman of the Year' at the event in New York City on Friday, where she acknowledged how hard it still is for women in the music industry.

Lady Gaga was honoured with Billboard’s Woman Of The Year award on Friday.

Accepting the award Gaga said, "What I really want to say is that it is really hard sometimes for women in music. It's like a f---ing boys club that we just can't get in to,” which caused the room to break out in applause.

Lady GaGa's romance with Taylor Kinney may still be raging on, but her relationship with manager Troy Carter has possibly come to an end.

Lady Gaga appeared at the YouTube Music Awards on Sunday (3rd November).

Sources, speaking to Us Weekly, claim the 'Born This Way' singer may well be parting from her long term manager Carter. One source claimed the two had different visions of Gaga's future and music. This source said "It's sad but also liberating at the same time. One door closes and another opens." Although the two have worked closely for over six years, it seems they are splitting because of "creative differences", if sources are to be believed.

We’re used to seeing Lady GaGa in eccentric clothing, or almost nude or wearing a meat dress or at least some startling head piece. Her latest fashion statement has been even more surprising – she wasn’t making one. Gaga attended a friend’s wedding – as a bridesmaid no less – looking surprisingly normal in a pale pink gown along with the other bridesmaids and with a matching flower tucked between her flowing blonde locks.

The Twobirds Bridesmaid creation reportedly set the singer back just $388 or £250, according to Marie Claire – a far cry from her typical designer garb. Gaga dressed down (yes, it is a bridesmaid’s dress, but this is Mama Monster we’re talking about after all) for the wedding of her good friend Bo O’Connor in Cabo San Lucas. Unfortunately, she was forced to attend the wedding without a +1, because her boyfriend, Chicago Fire actor Taylor Kinney is currently off filming The Other Woman alongside Cameron Diaz.

But it wouldn’t be like Lady Gaga to let a minor detail like that one cramp her style. She used the wedding as an occasion to let loose and show off her new and improved slender physique. She has recently lost 30lbs, following her hip surgery. The surgery was reportedly the reason Gaga cancelled her US tour, according to New York Daily News.

Dick Wolf’s Chicago Fire premieres on NBC tonight (October 10, 2012) but has he retained the charm of Law and Order in this new venture? Starring 'House’s' Jesse Spencer (as Lt. Mathew Casey) and Taylor Kinney (as Lt. Kelly Severide), 'Chicago Fire' is based on the stories of a group of fire-fighters. Previews of the show have focused on these two central characters but it doesn’t seem that Jesse and Taylor alone can prevent 'Chicago Fire' from being extinguished by the critics before it has even started.

New York Daily News’s David Hinckley remarked that he was all too conscious of the fact that he was watching “actors playing firemen and first responders,” meaning that 'Chicago Fire' is struggling to break the barrier between screen and viewer and really drag them into their world. The two characters seem to provide the bulk of the dramatic tension, but Hinckley was left wondering where their storyline would go for the rest of the series, as it seemed to have been resolved by the end of the first episode. He surmises: “Chicago Fire scores ambition points simply for attempting a firefighter show, which is much harder than a credible cop show. It also has complex and possibly interesting ideas and subplots. By the time most viewers finish, though, their flame of interest may be flickering.”

Kansas City Star couldn’t help but compare the show to 'Law and Order' and found the script a little lacking: “there’s not a single line of Lenny Briscoe-worthy dialogue in “Chicago Fire,” with clichéd insight dripping from the mouths of beefy Bears fans like bratwurst grease. By the time someone snarls, “He’s a dirty cop, the kind of guy that gives the rest of us a bad name,” you’re ready for the sirens to start wailing.” Dick Wolf had better be hoping that episode two can turn the tide of opinion that seems to be hurtling against it.
