Onyebuchi Awaji filed a police battery report and a lawsuit against the Hate It or Love It hitmaker, accusing him of punching him on the basketball court at Hollywood High School in Los Angeles in March (15).

Awaji has now filed new documents, alleging he suffered physical and emotional pain in the clash and is seeking more than $12 million from the rapper.

According to TMZ.com, Awaji is seeking $10 million ($6.3 million) in punitive damages, $1 million (£625,000) for pain and suffering, $1 million for emotional distress, and a further $150,000 (£94,000) for medical expenses past and future.

The Game, real name Jayceon Taylor, is also facing a felony charge of making criminal threats relating to the incident. A warrant was issued for his arrest last week (ends07Jun15) and he turned himself in on Monday (08Jun15). He has since been released on bail.
