The View star Kieren Webster can now add artist to his resume after designing the cover work for fellow Scottish rockers Vladimir's latest album.

The Wasted Little Djs hitmaker has long been a fan of the thrash metal band and personally approached them to ask if he could do the artwork for their next release.

They agreed and have now unveiled the fruits of Webster's labour - the cover for the band's next as-yet untitled Ep features a black and white photograph of a half-destroyed high rise building block in the group's native Dundee, taken by Webster.

Vladimir singer Ross Murray tells Scotland's Daily Record Saturday, "Kieren is a fan. He used to tweet saying stuff like, 'listening to Vladimir getting me right in the mood to go out'. Then, he appeared at our gig in King Tut's (venue) last year and asked if he could do the artwork for our next release."
