Theme Park's debut single, Wax, was taken from their EP of the same name, which was released in the summer of 2011. Their latest single, Milk, was released on December 12th, 2011.
This performance of Wax was filmed at Bethnal Green Working Man's Club in London on December 5th, 2011, when the band performed at 'Curated by Lyle & Scott' - hosted by the iconic fashion brand of the same name, Curated by Lyle & Scott (CBLS) is a live music series designed to support the best in underground and emerging music. The bouncy tune was slickly performed by Theme Park and was very well received by the audience.
Head bobbing melodies make for a really likeable set from this indie-electro foursome. Theme Park is comprised of twins Miles (vocals, guitar) and Marcus (vocals, guitar), joined by fellow bandmates Louis (bass) and Oscar (guitar). Theme Park supported Bombay Bicycle Club on their latest tour as well as doing dates with last year's CBLS favourites Summer Camp. Also on their agenda is a string of Vice parties. It's the band's ability to push the boundaries of acceptability when it comes to in your face catchiness that has seen them widely regarded as one of pop's great hopes for 2012.
