Tom Daley and his partner, Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, could be set to marry and have children soon, British filmmaker Duncan Roy has claimed.
Tom Daley and his partner could marry and have children soon.
The 19-year-old Olympian and his boyfriend, Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black - who have been dating since the spring - have gone public with their romance after they were spotted sharing smoothies in Houston, Texas, and it is thought the pair could already be discussing tying the knot and adopting a child together.
British filmmaker Duncan Roy - who lives near Dustin in Los Angeles - wrote in a blog post: ''It seems that Lance may have found in Tom Daley a young man he can marry who shares his desire for an immediate family. Let's wish him all the best and that child-birth comes quickly ... he doesn't want to be an old dad, too old to play football with his young child.''
Meanwhile, Dustin - who won an Oscar for his 2009 movie 'Milk' - has already been spotted looking at houses with Tom near the Olympic Park in Stratford, east London.
The diving star admitted earlier this week that it was ''love at first sight'' when he met Dustin at a party, despite not knowing whether he was gay or not.
He previously said: ''It really was love at first sight, I'd never felt anything like it before. We were at a party and I hadn't even spoken to him all night. I didn't know what to do or if he was gay at first.''
Tom first revealed he is dating a man in a YouTube video he uploaded earlier this month and while he admitted he was ''terrified'' to tell the world about his sexuality, he has been overwhelmed by the ''amazing'' support he has received.
He explained: ''I was terrified about doing this as it was so unknown but for everyone to be so supportive about it, it has been amazing.''
