Tom Parker almost got run over by a car after a night out in the US.
The Wanted singer has vowed to cut back on his drinking after narrowly escaping death when he dashed across a road and into the path of a moving vehicle.
He told The Sun newspaper: ''I sprinted across the road and I was half a second away from being hit by a car. I was like, 'F**k me, I nearly died'.
''They film every time you come out of a club in the States and I saw the video the following day. It was close. I'm going to have to curb the drinking for a bit.''
Max George - who was dating reality TV star Lucy Mecklenburgh before leaving for the US - was seen flirting with Jasmine and reportedly invited her up to his suite at the Mondrian Hollywood Hotel.
Tom told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''I was in bed that day because I was hungover. But Jasmine was at the same hotel, so she hung out with Max by the pool.
''Our security guard was telling me all about her because I didn't know who she was at first. I think she was really friendly though.''
Tom, 24, believes his friend is better off single and thinks he should make the most of his freedom, adding Max is having the ''time of his life''.
