Tony Parker, the NBA star is to sue the W.i.P. Nightclub in New York for injuries he sustained in the aftermath of the infamous Chris Brown and Drake brawl. The basketball player is seeking damages from the NYC nightclub worth up to $20 million.

According to TMZ Parker is claiming that the nightclub should never have let both of Rihanna's exes in at the same time in the first place, claiming club management, knowing there was ill feeling between the two R&B stars, continued selling alcohol to the participants later involved in the brawl. He is also claiming that the club were driven by money and not the well being of other customers by doing this.

Should the accusation persist, both Chris Brown and Drake could end up as defendants for the case. Parker, who plays for the San Antonio Spurs under a contract worth $50 million, believes the injuries he sustained might affect his performance on the court and therefore his NBA career, and - more immediately - his performance in the Olympics with the French national basketball team.

Parker was hit by shards of glass and suffered lacerations to his cornea, he claims, when the incident escalated to the point when glass-bottles started flying in the fight last week.
