Police have rushed to the home of Tori Spelling in Los Angeles after a 911 caller reported that the celebrity was having a “nervous breakdown”.

Law enforcement officers attended the scene on Thursday morning (March 1st) after an anonymous call was made at around 07:00, reporting that Spelling was behaving in a “very aggressive” way, according to TMZ. Authorities are still thought to be at the property, although she does not own any weapons.

Spelling is said to have dialled 911 on the night before because she thought someone was breaking into her home, but it just turned out to be her husband, Dean McDermott, getting back. Earlier Wednesday evening, she had been out for the evening with ‘The Bachelor’ star Corinne Olympios.

Tori Spelling is suing Benihana after suffering burns while visiting the restaurant with her family back in April this year, a new report indicates.

The former ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ star, 42, filed a personal injury lawsuit against the popular chain of Japanese restaurants on Wednesday (September 2nd), according to a copy of court papers obtained by TMZ. In the suit, Spelling claims she suffered wage loss, hospital and medical expenses, general damage to her health and loss of earning capacity.

Tori Spelling has spent the last couple of days in the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after she came down with a fever, a nagging cough and breathing troubles, and as a precaution doctors decided to quarantine her.

These safety measures may be due to the ongoing panic of an Ebola outbreak in the U.S., however, TMZ reported earlier that she was just suffering with a severe case of bronchitis and a sinus infection.

Tori Spelling's personal life is spiralling out of control and as this turmoil time continues, her health took a turn for the worse.

Dealing with her failing marriage and filming a reality TV show, 'True Tori,' the 40 year-old has found it too much to handle and as a result, she was recently hospitalized.

Although the reason for her stay in hospital has not been disclosed, E!News reports Spelling remained in the medical facility for a six day period.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s marital troubles are no secret, thanks to their reality show, but in the latest promo for True Tori, released by Us Weekly the couple are delving deeper than ever before. Sitting together on a therapist’s couch, Spelling and McDermott recall all the ways, in which things went wrong for them – especially his cheating.

The troubled couple also have their four young children to think of.
