Rocker Trent Reznor has been added to the slate of honourees for the upcoming American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) Film and Television Music Awards.
The Nine Inch Nails star, who won his first Oscar and Golden Globe earlier this year (11) for his The Social Network score, is to be presented with the Ascap Film Music Award for his work on the acclaimed David Fincher film.
Randy Newman, Pharrell Williams, Trevor Rabin and traditional film composers James Newton Howard, Hans Zimmer and Angelo Badalamenti will also be honoured at the gala, which salutes Ascap composers whose music was featured in the top box office films and top television series of 2010, in Los Angeles on 23 June (11).
