'Up in the Air' star Vera Farmiga has signed up for indie comedy 'Goats', alongside David Duchovny, Keri Russell, Will Arnett and Minnie Driver.
Vera Farmiga has signed up for new movie 'Goats'.
The actress - who last appeared on the big screen in 'Up in the Air' with George Clooney - will appear alongside David Duchovny, Keri Russell, Will Arnett and Minnie Driver in the indie comedy, which is based on Mark Jude Poirier's novel.
The movie tells the story of teenager Ellis arriving at the school where his dad was a well-regarded student.
However, rather than being influenced by his father, Ellis takes inspiration from the mysterious Goat Man - played by David - who he has known for years.
Vera will play the boy's mother while Will takes on the role of her boyfriend, with Minnie playing her best friend and Keri portraying Ellis' father's new girlfriend.
Acting coach Christopher Neil will direct the film - his first shot at it - and filming is set to begin next month.
