Model/actress Vida Guerra has been hit with a lawsuit from her former landlords in a dispute over unpaid rent.
The Cuban-born beauty is accused of owing Los Angeles-based property firm SBL, LLC almost $30,000 (£20,000) after failing to hand over cash for the apartment she rented back in November 2008.
Guerra is alleged to have signed a one-year lease - costing $3,250 (£2,165) a month - for the L.A. home, but moved out after three months and refused to pay for the remainder of the contract.
Landlords were further angered after discovering damage to the apartment - according to court papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Guerra left "stains on the carpets and holes in the walls".
SBL bosses are seeking in excess of $35,000 (£23,330) in compensation, reports TMZ.com.
