The Renegades rocker, 27, was pulled over by police officers in the early hours of 27 December (15), after they spotted his vehicle stopped on a crosswalk in the middle of the road "for no legitimate reason", according to a statement from the Ithaca Police Department.

The officials realised Feldshuh was drunk, and gave the musician a field sobriety and Breathalyzer test, which he failed - with a blood alcohol content twice the legal limit.

Feldshuh was subsequently arrested and charged with a DWI, as well as possession of marijuana and parking in a crosswalk.

He was later released and is due to appear in Ithaca City Court on 21 January (16).
