If he's convicted, well he'll be fined a lot more than his name sake - he'll face fines of $46,000 (£30,000), according to CNN who state that Los Angeles City Attorney Mike Feuer has confirmed that Jackson will face five criminal charges, "including one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism".
