We've seen the finale and mourned the loss of one of the most popular series of our time; we have Better Call Saul to look forward to but what is in store for Breaking Bad's stars?

Aaron Paul joked that he is desperate for employment, a day after the finale of Breaking Bad aired. The 34-year-old actor was walking along Sunset Strip in Los Angeles when he was caught by one of TMZ's reporters. When asked by the photographer if he was relieved that the show was over, in order to remove the pressure of being constantly asked by fans for insider details, Paul said he wasn't relieved as he now has to hunt for a job.

Paul was videoed with his wife, Lauren Parsekian, who he married in May of this year. Paul dealt with the photographer well, asking for his name and waving to a tourist bus. He and his wife performed a twirl for the cameras after discussing his career prospects.

Paul has every right to be light hearted after starring in the hit series and he certainly has no need to worry about this future career. Three films featuring the actor are in the works, all due to be released in 2014, A Long Way Down, Need For Speed and Exodus. The films could not be any different, in terms of genre. A Long Way Down is a dark comedy based on the book by Nick Hornby; Exodus is an adaptation of the story of Moses; whilst Need For Speed is an action film involving street racing and a wrongly condemned criminal.

As for Bryan Cranston,  he will be lending his voice to the upcoming Kung Fu panda movie, the third in the franchise. He also features in Godzilla, due to be released next year. Currently he can be seen in the crime thriller Cold Comes the Night

The rest of the Breaking Bad cast have fared equally well from their appearance on the show. Anna Gunn, who played Skyler White, is starring in Rita; an upcoming drama due to be released later this year. The actress was also awarded an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series last month. Another of the show's cast members Dean Norris continues his prolific television career, starring in Under the Dome. Norris will also feature in Ridley Scott's The Counselor, due to be released later this month.
